The 411:
Virtual sessions are conducted on Zoom at this time. Prior to your first Zoom session, you will be contacted with additional questions regarding what type of equipment and props you have access to.
You are welcome to request a recording of the session. A recording link will be sent to you within approximately 24 hours after the session. The link will be good for approximately 14 days after session time. Please note, recordings are NOT guaranteed.
Illuminated MVMT will make every effort to be knowledgeable about the brand of Pilates equipment you have. However, I may not be familiar with, or expert in, each type or brand of Pilates equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the client to know, understand, be familiar with, and keep in proper repair and condition all their equipment, regardless of manufacturer or type.
Illuminated MVMT is not responsible for any wear and tear, improper use, or negligence of any equipment for any reason. It is the client’s responsibility to properly set up, clear appropriate space, have appropriate lighting, camera/computer/phone/tablet access as well as internet access for virtual sessions.
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify Illuminated MVMT at least 24 hours in advance via email, or the scheduling link in your appointment email confirmation or reminder. You can reschedule your appointment a maximum of ONE (1) time provided adequate advance notice. A rescheduled appointment needs to be used within 30 days from original date of purchase. Beyond a ONE (1) time reschedule or 30 days (whichever comes first), a new session or reading will need to be paid for and scheduled.
Emergency cancellations are granted in the instance of an exceptional circumstance.
