CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND REFUND POLICIES
Payment is required in advance to secure a booking for Pilates sessions and Astrological readings. All sales are FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE in whole or in part.
No Refunds will be given if the client does not like the information provided in an Astrological Reading, or if the client gives inaccurate birth time information, resulting in an inaccurate Astrological chart. If the client gives incorrect birth time information and wants a new reading with the correct information, a new reading will need to be purchased and scheduled. If an error is on behalf of Illuminated MVMT casting an inaccurate chart when the client gave correct information, a new and corrected reading will be given at no additional cost. The fee for Astrology sessions covers the cost of chart analysis, not guaranteed outcomes. No Refunds will be given if the client does not like their Pilates session. If you show up ill or injured, or misrepresent your health status, your Pilates session will be canceled and you will be subject to full payment responsibility.
If you need to reschedule a session, please notify Illuminated MVMT at least 24 hours in advance via email, or the scheduling link in your appointment email confirmation or reminder. You can reschedule your appointment a maximum of ONE (1) time provided adequate advance notice. A rescheduled appointment needs to be used within 30 days from original date of purchase. Beyond a ONE (1) time reschedule or 30 days (whichever comes first), a new session or reading will need to be paid for and scheduled.
If you cancel or attempt to reschedule a session or reading with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged full price of the session or reading, and a new session or reading will need to be purchased and scheduled. If you do not show up for your session or reading, you will be charged full price of the session or reading. Late arrivals will not have session or reading time made up, nor the fee pro-rated.
Emergency cancellations are granted in the instance of an exceptional circumstance. Examples of emergency cancellations in the event of exceptional circumstance are: death or hospitalization of a direct family member (parent, spouse, child, sibling); natural disaster event such as a tornado, flash flood, or forest fire. Normal fluctuations in daily routine such as: work, school, family, personal appointments or spouse timetables are not considered to be exceptional circumstances.
I will not see clients who:
arrive ill or injured for their Pilates session, or attempt to conceal or otherwise mis-represent themselves or their health status
attempt to use Pilates or Astrological services in lieu of proper medical attention or care
are abusive toward me in any way, ie: verbally, emotionally, physically, etc. online or in person
have violated any terms or policies
intentionally misrepresent their Astrological birth time information, ie: attempt to book a session pretending to be another person, or attempt to coerce a synastry reading without direct consent of the other party, etc.
are in crisis, or suicidal. If this applies to you, please seek immediate and proper care from qualified individuals or services in your area
Any violation of cancellation policies, or misrepresentation may result in termination of sessions, readings or services without refund, and bar future booking of sessions, readings or services, non-negotiable. Refunds will only be granted in the event that I cannot make the session or reading time as agreed. SAME DAY BOOKINGS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE NOR CAN THEY BE RESCHEDULED.
